Three seats are up for nomination on Sierra Pacific’s volunteer Board of Directors. These positions are presently held by Directors Nan Boyer, Carolyn Barbash, and Michael Barnes. Nominations are also open for positions on the Supervisory Committee.
Any member over the age of 18 and in good standing may request to be nominated or appointed. Board nominations are made by the Nominating Committee to the Board. Committee members are appointed by the board each year. A petition signed by 1% of the membership may nominate members not nominated by the Committee.
All members seeking nomination or appointment should disclose any personal relationships with staff or positions held with other financial institutions, their interest, and the background they offer. Complete election by-laws can be found at sierrapacificfcu.org/by-laws/.
Please submit any requests to the Nominating Committee through one of the following methods:

The cut-off date for submissions is February 15th, 2023.
