Jim has been the President and CEO of Sierra Pacific since the beginning of 2001 and has been a Director for over 20 years. In addition to his management responsibilities, he has served as Commissioner of the Washoe County Debt Commission, past president and current board member of the Downtown Reno Business Association, and was a board member of the Chamber for 12 years.
As Director of Operations, Leslie Ramsdell manages Sierra Pacific’s branch operations and member care. She also oversees the management and competitiveness of our branches and online and mobile banking. Leslie has over 20 years of operational and technical experience, 16 of them with Sierra Pacific.
Megan Mathias, our Director of Lending, has worked with credit unions and mortgage companies in Vermont and Nevada since 1998. In her seven years at Sierra Pacific, Megan has filled numerous positions, from FSR to St. Mary’s Branch Manager. As Director of Lending, Megan enjoys connecting members with the perfect products needed for their success. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two loving and energetic dogs.
Gil Oliver has been working with community financial institutions for over 17 years, including Heritage Bank of Nevada and Nevada Banking Co. Gil earned his BA in Accounting at Morrison University. He stays involved in the community, coaches youth sports and volunteers at Bishop Manogue High School.
John Demuth manages our Mill Street Branch, assists in compliance and regulates our collections. He has been a loyal SPFCU employee for nearly 10 years, quite a feat in the job market these days, and has 20 years of customer service experience. His life isn't only work; John is a family man. He is married and has two kids. He enjoys spending time with them on his weekends camping, out at the lake, riding ATVs or just hanging out and having fun barbecuing with family and friends.
Renee Meusy, our Las Vegas Branch Manager, loves helping her members meet their financial goals. She looks forward to seeing how Sierra Pacific can help you live a better financial life. In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her family. Her weekends are filled with the nieces’ and nephews’ soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball and football games.
Jonathan has been working in the financial industry in various roles since he was 17. He worked his way through Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Jonathan loves working in the financial industry and helping members achieve their goals. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching high school and youth basketball, and exploring Phoenix.
