Notice of Nominations and Elections
It’s time to submit nominations for the Board of Directors for next year. Three seats are up for nomination on the Board of Directors, and nominations are open for Supervisory Committee positions.
Any member over the age of 18 and in good standing may request to be nominated or appointed. Board nominations are made by the Nominating Committee to the Board. Committee members are appointed by the board each year. A petition signed by 1% of the membership may nominate members not nominated by the Committee.
All members seeking nomination or appointment should disclose any personal relationships with staff or positions held with other financial institutions, their interest, and the background they offer. Complete election by-laws can be found on our website under “SPFCU By-Laws”
Please submit any requests to the Nominating Committee through one of the following methods:
