All branches are open for normal business hours and taking recommended health and safety precautions.

Masks and social distancing are required in lobbies. Complimentary masks and hand sanitizer are available for member use.

Although we love to see your faces, please consider using online or mobile banking or calling your branch to take care of day-to-day transactions.

Skip A Payment

Members can request to skip their loan payments online here.

This is a one-time, fee-free skip-a-pay for members impacted financially by COVID-19 shutdowns or illness. Interest will still accrue, and some loans may lose GAP coverage depending on your insurance provider’s policy.

Yes, Sierra’s ATMs are still available. You can find Co-Op ATMs near you here.

Sierra Pacific members can enroll in online banking to access their accounts remotely.

Members can enroll online, download mobile banking, sign up for Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay, and find online banking help here.

We run your credit score before pre-approving, and that original score applies for 45 days. If your preapproval period elapses before the loan is finalized, please contact your loan officer to discuss options.

We are monitoring the evolving situation and will continue to change and improve operations to keep members and employees safe while maintaining a high level of service and security.

All branches are thoroughly cleaned each day. Hand sanitizer is available for staff and visitors, and staff are following health guidelines.

Our Saint Mary’s branch has been temporarily closed beginning March 23rd for 30 days or as appropriate. This branch’s small size does not allow for social distancing, and the hospital location puts members and staff at greater risk. Our Saint Mary’s staff are operating out of the Mill Street branch during this closure and can be contacted at 775.857.2424.

All other branches are operating with reduced lobby hours, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday to Friday. These branches are open for phone or email assistance during normal operating hours.

We encourage all members to use online and mobile banking options as an alternative to visiting a branch. Most banking transactions can be completed online for free, and we are temporarily waiving fees on the few remote services we do normally charge for. Sierra Pacific’s Saint Mary’s branch in Reno, NV, has been closed temporarily due to COVID-19 social distancing concerns. This branch closure began on Monday, March 23rd and will continue for 30 days or until deemed safe to reopen.

All other branch locations are open for reduced lobby hours, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday-Friday. Staff are available via phone or email during normal business hours.

We ask that all members avoid visiting a branch whenever possible. Most banking tasks can be completed online at no charge, or over the phone if necessary. Explore online banking options here.
