I just started banking here and I absolutely love it. The people are extremely warm and welcoming, and the customer service is amazing! I’m so glad I left the big bank to join one that supports the local community!! If you are on the fence about where to bank, you should definitely give them a chance! Thank you, John and Hilda!

Thank you to Stephanie Yohey of Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union for arranging our recent car loan. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the credit union’s loan products, and helped us determine if the price offered to us at the dealership for our new car was a competitive price. The loan process with her was simple and smooth, from applying for the loan to signing papers and preparing the payment to the dealer. Working with a knowledgeable person and a competitive credit union makes all the difference in a deal.

Ichie Miguel is, bar none, THE BEST banker we have EVER worked with! She is personable, efficient and so easy to work with! I am so grateful to have ended up here with our car loan. She quickly demonstrated what a true banker / customer relationship should be like. Offered us excellent advice and helped us to refinance our existing car loans, open up a new car loan and even set us up with our small business loans. To top it off, gave us back 1% of our loans in cash!! I don’t even feel like I did any work because there was NO HASSLE. No hassle loans is a foreign concept to me. Thank you, THANK YOU Ichie for the excellent customer service!
