Everyone I have communicated with at SPFCU has been friendly and helpful but Financial Service Rep. Ichie is exceptionally fantastic!! She has provided excellent service to my family on several occasions. I highly recommend SPFCU.
PPP Process

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Megan M. in your lending department. She has been absolutely fantastic with her guidance and support through the PPP process. She helped me navigate the application process with ease. Megan and her team were just amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have heard horror stories from others applying for PPP loans at other banks. But my experience with Megan and SPFCU was excellent.

I used Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union for a large personal loan when I was in need of cash to help my family get by when my wife was out of work last year. It really helped us bridge the gap between jobs for her and if it wasn’t for the loan we would have lost our house and car. They got us the cash in a few days with low interest and payments that I have already finished paying off. If anything happens again I will be going back to them first for another loan. I highly recommend them not only for the bottom line of their loans but because the staff is really helpful and only wants to make sure you are best served, not because they make the most money off of your loan. Credit unions are always better than banks in my experience
