COVID-19 Update: Saint Mary’s Branch Reopens July 6th

Posted 7/06/20

The Saint Mary’s branch reopens today, July 6th, for normal business hours. Due to the small lobby size, a limit of one member in the branch at a time is being enforced.

All Sierra Pacific branches require masks and social distancing in the lobbies. Hand sanitizer is available for members. If you prefer not to visit a branch, our staff are available over the phone or through email during business hours, and digital banking options are always available.

COVID-19 Update: Normal Branch Hours to Resume June 1st

Posted 5/28/20

The Saint Mary’s branch will remain closed until further notice. All other branches are resuming normal lobby hours on Monday, June 1st.

Please continue to use digital services or call the branch when possible as an alternative to visiting your branch. We will be following recommended health and safety procedures, and appreciate your efforts to do the same.

We will continue to waive fees for digital loan payments and account funding until further notice. The standard fees for phone payments, wire transfers, and out-of-network ATMs will be reinstated in June.

Stay safe, and thank you for your continued membership and understanding.

COVID-19 Update: Saint Mary’s Branch Closure

Posted 3/19/20

Maintaining the health and security of both our members and staff is vitally important to us at Sierra Pacific. We are taking steps to limit exposure, improve non-branch access to our services, and keep your accounts and information secure during this crisis.

 Saint Mary’s Branch Closure

We are closing the Saint Mary’s Branch for 30 days, effective Monday, March 23rd.

The small lobby size and hospital location of this branch make it difficult to maintain recommended social distancing standards and put our staff and members at risk. We encourage all members to use digital alternatives for their banking needs. Claudia, our Saint Mary’s representative, is relocating to the Mill Street branch for this period and can be reached at 775.857.2424, at [email protected], or, if necessary, by visiting the branch at 5580 Mill Street.

Limit Branch Visits

While our remaining branches are open normally at this time, we strongly encourage members to use non-branch alternatives for their banking needs. Most routine banking tasks can be done online. See below for details.

We are requiring appointments for loan signings and new account openings that must be done in branch. Your loan officer will set this up with you if necessary.

If you or a member of your household are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not visit a branch. Use digital options for most services or call the branch with more complex questions. We appreciate your help keeping our staff and members healthy during this time.

Digital Alternatives

We encourage all members to use non-branch alternatives whenever possible to perform banking tasks. Most of our digital services are always free for members, and we are waiving fees on most other services for 30 days. Click on any of the items below to enroll, explore, or access the service.
