If your debit card is lost or stolen, please feel free to contact us at 775-834-4579 during business hours or 888-241-2510 after hours. If you are outside the United States, the number you will need to call is 909-941-1398. The phone number on the back of your card may be different from these listed above. This is still a good number and can be used to report your card lost or stolen.
